Whole HR department and one idiot boss never knows human ethics, they recruit only their own people and vendor. They feel their rules and policies make company great. But dear friends, their attitude down whole company.

Special alert -- No Job security , work culture Not good but okay, management also भ्रष्टाचारी , No policy for employee and also sallery cutting if you working mistakes Company have very highly profitable but No-one thinking about employee and employee facilities Canteen facilities Very highly worst very bad canteen facilities

No job security And Risk highly ,if you injured no-one care you and your Mediclaim policy , pay all self medicine , company Inside clinic only one skin cream (sophramycin) no tablet The most things is One gate company Inside 5 plant but No policy for employee lifestyle and their standard because company is made in India ,I love my India but why No-one company (sajjan India) think about their employee standard Skin burning acid is very sensitive

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance.
