Politics in the internal group is there....they do all this in a team and no wrong there. HR people are worst here.....no proper system follow and no ethics is there. Lots of improvement in culture required.

Terrible company, Never join whatever salary given, when they feel you are useless they kickout anytime without reason. Whole HR department and one idiot boss never knows human ethics, they recruit only their own people and vendor. They feel their rules and policies make company great. But dear friends, their attitude down whole company.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am part of team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base. As a result,I got to travel abroad especially to the Switzerland and Japan.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours strait i a day.

1) The management lacks to give comfort on stability and confidence on the growth of the company 2) Most of the leadership team are close to retirement age, therefore the thought process and culture of treating subordinates are not healthy.
