...promotion, No bonus, No OT,No leave and the worst thing is staff have no value.. HR made unnecessary rule to cut your salary .and working culture is like hell benchod . I'll never suggest anyone to work here.. I work 10 months here was like hell..

Good thing about Saitech Medicare Pvt Ltd is that if you make any mistake while doing anything then you don't need to take too much tension because no body is there who can point out and rectify your mistakes. Apart from this, you can easily listen to music, play ludo bcz work pressure is not much there.

...ney if you don't take the leave in the same month it will be lapsed. Moreover if you take the leave without prior information then salary of one and half day will be deducted. If anybody just wants to remove the fresher tag from their profile then they can join this company otherwise spending time at this company is wasting your time as well as efforts because no body is literate enough to recognise your efforts.
