If you like comment of Chennai/USA team people manager shouted you. Why Like this comment? Junior person put on terriable condition in this company. Because of internal conflict between Pune And chennai Uipath Automation team. So new person does not know how to behave in company. Then after they put on PIP process. Don't understand. Sperad negative environment to targeted people. In this company PIP process is 30 days officely but they want PIP should complete within 7 days. Here manager does not know HR Policy, Employee exit process only blame on that person. Very unprofessional people working here.

✓Over burdon. ✓They keep increasing target by saying it's automation now but they have 0% automation, everything is manually. ✓More time in meeting and then asking why target not achieved. ✓Revit is not necessary to work here, only Excel is enough. ✓No work life balance.

No work life balance, too much work load, manager do not work give all his work to his junior and do only scrolling in office time, no time for punch out manager don't give permission to leave office on time due to not completion of target, they only need quantity and want best quality, partial behavior of manager and project lead, they take only calls for hours and then ask why your work is not completed, there is no salary and personal growth in this company they only want you to work no other activities allowed there is no proper 1hr lunch break and tea breaks and if you take more than 20 min break then manager takes action and send email that u take tooo much break, also the manager is not polite to employee, also if you need leave then they ask personal question why did you take leave and suggest that if i am on your place then i have done this and that, interfere in our personal life too, no sense how to talk and maintain manager position they act like a new member.

Non technical person handling technical field. They consider design team as BPO. No consideration of talent only yes ma'am ok ma'am will consider. No OT. Project coordinator is very talented that he doesn't know R of revit. If any talented person working hard then they will pressurised by senior person also will get too much insulting behaviour by so called seniors. They don't even cooperative in our medical casualties. They just know 2.5. Team lead just do refresh refresh in working hours
