Seniors risk their junior's job to keep their jobs secure. In the eyes of the senior, the junior works only for six months, after that he stops working. Because after that the company has to give confirmation. He is tortured so that he leaves the job in almost nine months. After that he is also trapped for full and final.He doesn't get that money either. Same has happened with me and with those who have left the job before me. This is my request to all of you, take a decision to do a job in this company after thinking carefully.
