It's a pleasant experience of working with them. The team members are very co-operative, and supporting extensively. They have a appraisal method of every year by the end of March. HR policies are good, and supportive.

Descent salary, but the work is not based on the learning process, and not good for the continuous learners.

Annual salary hike is not as per industry standards. High deduction policy incase of leaving job. You will loose minimum 25% ammount of yearly CTC at the time of leaving the job.
