Its an offrole position. Too much work pressure for an off role position employee. DA and other benefits not good at all. Unrealistic expectations. Too much travelling as compared to what we’re payed. No work life balance. Forget that you have a life beyond work.

As a brand working with saint gobain is very good interms of job security and company culture. Learning opportunities and employee care is awesome. Work life balance and travel care and security towards employee and his health is appreciable.

when it comes to salary compensation and appraisals, it is very low as and when compared to similar companies within the industry. career growth is at slow pace within the group.

I was a contractual employee in saint gobain.I worked as a technical associate for almost 2 years in saint-gobain.From these 2 years it was a wonderful year for me and my career also.Still now i wanna be a part of Saint-Gobain.

...d be a permanent employee in Saint-Gobain.There was no rule in Saint-Gobain R&D.He also lied in salary package.Saint Gobain is a wonderful company if you are a permanent employee.
