35% of already low CTC is Variable pay which is daylight robbery and shows lack of trust in their own employees and management insecurity. Attrition rate is huge due to bad management(insecure employees badmouth about collegues and management seems to reward them)and and less salary.

Nothing much, its Indian business is very bureaucratic and is a very low pay-master as per market trends. Avoid working here: a lot of travel, slow/almost nil growth.

Work-life balance is good; officially 5 days, but you are expected to work 6 days/week.

I was a contractual employee in saint gobain.I worked as a technical associate for almost 2 years in saint-gobain.From these 2 years it was a wonderful year for me and my career also.Still now i wanna be a part of Saint-Gobain.

...d be a permanent employee in Saint-Gobain.There was no rule in Saint-Gobain R&D.He also lied in salary package.Saint Gobain is a wonderful company if you are a permanent employee.

...t. Other people like operating, product and marketing have no specific pressure. Chill life and base salary is same as sales person. Incentives are good.

...outh they speaks in regional language in office. Groupism among Tamil people. 2. Base salary is really, need to achieve all target to get incentives which is decent enough.

...any, it's sakes based company. For name sake they have ISO & IATF certification. Worst culture in the company, you wilp get only 5% increments yearly, you will have to pay back your increment while leaving the company. Attrition rate is 50% always, hardly any people stays here. Regretting joining here

No increments like 5% max in a year, huge work pressure. Worst culture, no systems. Attrition is always around 50% here
