This is applicable for glass purchase department biased culture. You can survive if u have god father either from same state or your colleagues from previous company

This organization mostly favors employees with lower salaries, but if you get higher pay, you need to keep your boss happy. Now the purchasing department is like a national company. Lately, they are giving preference to people from other states, even if they are not as skilled, over those from the South this applicable only in purchase dept. For example if you donot know basic English to speak to your team and if you are from same state as boss i guess everyone knows state then irrespective of his or her skill you will be TL. In this environment, without a godfather or strong connections, it’s very difficult to survive if you have high salary.

...ative and supportive. Job Security is very good as its one of the Top Employers. Salary is credited on time. Work environment is good and Work-Life balance is great.

Dislikes

Being an upcoming division there are few shortcomings with which we have to work but that itself teaches us to push upto our limits. Career growth and progress is a little slow compared to other organizations but it gives a good work-life balance which is not really the case in other organizations.

Target minded company, Especially In planning & customer service department pls don't choose this job, Managers not thinking our family, our health, they need 24 hours working people with company and always provide more pressure to get output.

Great place to kick off your career - Many chances to propel learning in the sales organization. Work culture is good - easy to access and connect with seniors in the organization even upto the MD level.

Dislikes

Overall Compensation and structure may need restructuring and pay growth is not upto industry standards. Some HR processes to onboard and integrate senior managers need to be improved.
