Good behaviour between the employee and employer and all facilities is available in the company and I love the fact that I am a part of a team that production produce

Compensation is decent. But growth is slowly. The working pressure is high and sometimes, I have to work 12 - 14 hrs straight is a day and sometimes, I have to call attend in the night and late night

Target minded company, Especially In planning & customer service department pls don't choose this job, Managers not thinking our family, our health, they need 24 hours working people with company and always provide more pressure to get output.

... They treat you so bad they mentally harrased you for not completing the target. No salary hikes No promotion.

Good organization specially in terms of work life balance. They provide good starting package as compared to other organizations. Good learning within project.

Dislikes

Very few people get promoted. Appraisal is not as per expectations.
