Notjing much to say except Salary growth is a little slow. And any new changes takes time Because the size of company is too big and it takes time get the approval from diffrent decision makers.

Being a pioneer in grinding technology and silica related products, lot of attention is paid to improve technology. Work environment is quiet cozy and friendly. Safety measures and pollution control are taken seriously. Being a global company, good opportunity to travel abroad

Management mostly recruit based on employee inputs. HR department should vigorously search talent, by visiting colleges at University level
