1. Autocratic system 2. Loves demeaning their people 3. No fixed appraisal system 4. No designation, they tell everyone that you are the boss. So all are happy 5. No big projects, all small 2-3 year projects 6. Most of the organization is uneducated 7. Financially they are broke so salary is never on time

There will be many projects of the company, I will not talk about all but the job is not secure in Dulunga Coal Mining Project. The management here does not think about its employees. There is no company policy here. to provide some facility to the employee

The company should make its own policy so that the job of the employee is secure and there should be a policy related to their health. There is also no police of increment.

In this company lot of learning experience every time. In this company many no. Of heavy earth equipment likes Wirtgen and L&T Surface , Volve PC etc. In this equipment we learning about the Heavy Engine like Cummins 1200Hp engine, Carter Piller engine 900Hp engine, Hydraulic System, Heavy Clutch System, Gear box System etc many more. In this company another learning about the Heavy Trucks likes as Volvo Truck, Tata Prima Truck, Eitcher,Marcidies Trucks etc. In this we seen and learning about the Transmission System, Gear box System, Leaf Spring System, Automatic Clutch System Hydraulic System etc. Learn more and more every time every day

No issues on working with company. In this company every worker learning every time. Work environment in this company is good not very good

I am happy with my duties, because there is lot of things that I have learnt like maintenance, dealing with govt. officers, decision making, survey work and being a pioneer

Dislikes

Some managers are lazy, they don't care of hard workers, responsibilities are given to there known personals and to approached people which they don't deserve. Thank you
