They have more respect from one of MD's than you. 21.one of MD has assign few peoples(auditors + illiterate planning person) on dept. to monitor your working based on pathetic ERP reports, "Task & Task & Task" he don't know how this will affect dept. as well as company working environment. one day this will lead to failure. 22.Production & planning seniors knows how to manipulate one of older MD's, they will play their card & you will suffer.- main reason behind production failure. 23.hr policies are worst, they will take 360" turn from their commitment of appraisal. then how you will work full hearted?

Not giving proper training, Always taunting like womens. No managerial skill Worst manager
