Payroll processing is pathetic as Payslips have many mistakes, Non in the company understands payslip if any one disclose about a mistake , HR Manager will start taking revenge on them. It's more like a school, HR Manager is the Principal, Because every one has to listen what ever he claims because even the management will accept what ever action HR manager claims. Very poor assessment, Mostly reference(Committed recommendation) works here. Politics and back stabbing is the best tools for few employees who are being guided by the HR manager. No Value for the Experienced professionals. HR Manager Blabbers rules which ever he feels because, there is no proper alignment in the process. Non In the company know about the Hierarchy cycle, and experience levels to achieve them. "HR Manager decides the designations to the employees." Recommending all to know the exact break-up before you join. Make sure it is in the mail. HR Manager tries to Blabber and at the next moment he turns his back never trust his words. there is no space for your personal / Family space, if you are working under HR manager Directly.

Work Culture and management could get better. Treating the employees right would help a lot in employee retention. Maintaining work Life balance is difficult.
