Dislikes

I am in the litigation team. No increments unless one is a judge's top shot person's son daughter. You would be told that you have not billed so no increments. Partner of litigation makes sure one does not get work and bill so that he can give it to his 2-3 people. One future female partner, who is going to head the firm later, if you work with her, then you may get to bill. No growth. They will make sure you do not grow
