1st - Never appreciate your work by the management. 2nd- Your salary will never Increase even you work for a year 3rd- Learning prospective is very low . If you are working in a HSE department than on site you have to deal with every problem without someone to help. Example - You will work as a labour, supervisor, Foreman. 4rd- Site management is not supportive

All Project Managers are playing , not doing their work. Arabic Managers are managing by politics. HR Team are worst, They will threat you, backmail you for everything. Pays and Benefits are not good. I suggest don't join this company , otherwise you will be in tension always ....

Likes

The company's work culture was great and people were welcoming. New joiners are given attention by superiors where needed and there is a good work-life balance. Company policies were crisp and following them was made easy by the management.

A lot of back-bitching and dirty politics.

Likes

The company is open to innovation readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I was a part of the team. I learned lot of things, got an excellent work experience there and learned how to survive in different type of culture. Also I got the opportunity to travel in abroad.

Dislikes

Leave System - Leave provided by the employer 45 days only complete after 1 and Half Years. I think it should be provided minimum 30/40 days in a year as per International labour law.
