I am deducated covid positive,before 1 week my company cut my salary where i am the only person earning in my family. Is it necessary to cut the salary? Where my total salary is just 11,000 not so much that company should think to cut.i am dedicated covid into my lungs at stage 5. Where is the humanity? Very disappointed

...kfast they provide 1 small cup and 1 plate like Central jail - very pathetic. 5. Cost cutting is more than employee satisfaction. 6. Very poor sitting arrangement. Specially conference room is very pathetic. 7. No security management on gate for night shift and this company located in slum area. 8. No fun Friday activities. 9. They treat employees like a school. They watch how many times you away from your desk for washroom or breaks. 10. Limited breaks. 11. No night shift allowance. 12. No celebration 13. Dull atmosphere which is not good for night shifts. 14. No employees engagement at all. 15. Rajashree HR VP was good but Naresh Director was pathetic.
