1)THERE IS LACK OF DISCIPLINE IN THE EXISTING ESTABLISHMENT 2)LACK OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN MANAGEMENT AND STAFF 3)THERE IS NO ATTENTION TO YOUR COMPETITORS IN THE MARKET WITH HP PRODUCTS AND WHAT POLICY YOU ARE IMPLEMENTING 4)THERE IS NO FOCUS ON LEGAL MATTERS HERE,NOW THE COMPANY NEED TO FOCUS MAINLY ON THIS 5)HERE THERE IS NEGELECT TO MAINTAION CONTINUITY OF WORK 6)EFFICIENT STAFF HAS BEEN NEGLECTED 7)REQURE APOINT PROFESSIONAL STAFF 8)THE NEED OF EDUCATION AND MOTIVATION OF THE EXISTIONG STAFF HAS BEEN IGNORED

Work with SPFC this is my pleasure, I worked with A grade company which provides lots of facilities like training facilities and time to salary.

No matter only for parking issue and no proper team work

All the people are good in the dept except one.

One of the team member was too bad, reluctant to teach new joiners and asumes to know everything in one go of what she teaches, further redundancy of work and improper management and work ethics, late working hours.. no training is given you are expected to know everything as soon as u join..

This company is very nice. Job security is excellent and all workers trusted and family type behavior, company policies cibil checking, TVR telephonic calling , profile checking work , sending and receiving the approval mail.
