I really enjoyed working here..still i am working there. It's very great experience to be the part of SAI.

Dislikes

Lot of politics are there. Sometime management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very low as per our experience.

This is one of the renowned school of Punjab known for their unique education system and infrastructure. I love to be the part of this organisation. staff members and principal are very co-operative, enthusiastic, and friendly. School providing good career growth and job security for their talented staff. School offers a good salary increment but their is no fixed time for this . It provides excellent work atmosphere and new learning approach and techniques for the teachers to make teaching an interesting activity.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.somtime, I have to work for 12-15 hr in a day. I do receive appreciation from the parents of my students during parents teachers meeting but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals.their is no on job training for the freshers hence senior teacher like me have to guide them step by step, which is pain sometimes.

Working environment and time and the most important thing for a girl employee is the organisation gives priority to women employees

As far as I worked I didn’t find any thing which don’t like in the organisation .

Dream, Courage,Ambition, Compassion, Empathy, Harmony and all other virtues along with life skills can be honed in SAI International school. The work ethics of SAI is reallly comendable. SchooI gives ample opportunites to teachers and students to become more competent. I believe SAI is not just a school , it's a dream school for many .I always feel fortunate to be part of SAI as it gives utmost care to each of its employee in every aspect. During Covid 19, school has empowered us with many practical knowledge ,to face the real challenges of upcoming education trend. In one line , if some one wants to exploreand to empower the next generation students with 21st century skills ,then SAI IS THE SKY.

Everyone in SAI needs to go extra mile to reach the vision of the School.

No doubt, Sai International is one of the best school we have in country. Faculties are great in their scope but for Admin, this is not the place to work.

Dislikes

No career growth. Miserable work environment. Not professional at all.
