Target pressurize bhot hai . Salary time pe nahi hai and incentive also . Office time 9:30am To 7:00pm but month starting se 9:00 to 8:00 ya usse jayda beth na padh rha hai , in THANA office Mangal Flore, Yaha dhur dhur se log kaam karne aate hai ghar poch te phoch te 11pm ho jata hai jis wajha se family ya personal life bhot effect padh ti hai fir wahi mood kharab kar ke subha subha office aake kaam karo jisme kaam karne ka man nahi karta . COC 7pm timing hoti hai but yaha 8 ya usse jayda time calling karte rhe na padh rha hai bina target walo ko incentive milta hai and jo target kar ke de rha hai usse kuch nhi .

...inancial and bpo solution (chandrapur) is Zameer Sheikh, his nature is very bad. I have worked very hard and honestly in the company for two years, never gave a chance to any customer to complain, always achieved the target, but still I did not get the salary properly, I always got less salary than the work I used to do. Yes, I used to recover car loan, I did not even tell how much I have achieved the target at the end of the month. Earlier, I used to get salary in cash, then later on complaining, it started getting in my account and I didn't even get salary slip. (x / bucket 1-6) or in write off cases also works. Where every company gives 10% in write off but manager used to give me only 5% sai financial and BPO solution chandrapur I took leave for few days due to my ill health. So the agency manager said to submit the ID card, I submitted the id card to the manager in the agency. After a few days I went to the office, after getting well, the manager fired me from the job without any notice saying that I don't need you now, don't come to my office. I had a talk with Nagpur agency manager Ashish Sahare Sir, I told him all the truth but he did not take any action nor did he allow me to meet the agency owner Kunal Sawney sir. I went to meet the Nagpur agency boss 3 to 4 times but every time Ashish sir did not allow me to meet saying that the boss has gone out or gone to Mumbai. Ashish kept telling me that he would keep me on the job again. After wasting my time for almost 3 months, Ashish Sahare sir rejected me for the job. During all this I was sad about only one thing. If I had met Kunal Sir, I would have been able to tell the truth. Now I don't know whether he knows all this or not. I am thankful to Ambitionbox for giving me the opportunity to give my feedback.
