Currently company is going through major financial challenges and they are not in situation to pay their employees on time. This is even banned by the TCIL group resulting blocking the doors of many opportunities also many vendors who maintain the supply chain in hardware Networking industry doesn’t support the Sai Defence due to their unprofessionalism. Recently company triggered the mass layoff due to cost cutting. Management running by the Jaiswal family are extremely superstitious causing very bad environment in premises, many employees and the guards are very rude and having the poor mindset.
