There is a lot of politics & the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent bit career growth is slow

Working in sahyadri made me more confident,more learning and gain in knowledge,work enviorment is really co operative and nice feels comfortable in hospital and safe too

The work pressure is very high sometime i have to work continue 12-14 hrs and salary is also low ..

Learning environment - frequent discussion over- health topics, equipment uses, how hospital works. Culture - cultural activity as well as celebration as per calendar festival Leaves - may get leave if applied earlier. Facilities - have canteen as well as doctor duty room.

Dislikes

Biometric attendance - if late by 15minutes from reporting time for more than 3times you will get half day salary norms. Working duty - may get double duty if ur releiver doesn't come or may get other department patients in night duty. Has to inform patients conditions in early morning to every consultant even if something doesn't happen bad in night. May sit in emergency room or go to ambulance duty. No specific job profile given. So tense working conditions.

They said for 3 projects during interview after that minimum 5 to 6 projects will be given.. Delaying for confirmation letter saying if you will take another more 3 projects then only give the confirmation letter... Heavy work pressure,old employees given most of the assignments to new comers..
