Yearly increment form fill in observation also your work but when received increment only 6 % Also in hospital complete the 5 years still not received any diwali bonus.Also work load

Over all company treatment excellent..Very friendly doctors and staff .They will treat patients very carefully..Better place to learn

...o 16 hours..No rest in night shift duty's also..Time to time no food in hostel..Very less salary on this work.. Double duty's are to be done 15 days in a month also night duty's..No increments no promotions

No BASIC salary protocol in all departments including nursing Showing partiality in a view of cast religion basic Theres is no recognizing the hard and heartfully workers In all departments staff are very less especially nursing,for this reason we are missing work satisfaction

No proper SOP defined for any process They feel they have corporate culture. However, the culture is very degraded starting from senior management. Humiliation in front of every one. No training will be provided. No incentives paid on time. Lots of misleading. No proper employee benefits apart from salary. No fixed appraisals time period. They will give when ever they want.
