The reputation of the organization is such that if you work there you get quite a lot of respect.

Dislikes

The work culture should be improved. More men in the organization doesn't mean women are to be disrespected. One of the cons I noticed was that women's opinions aren't considered. Loose talk, comments on women's attires and low opinions of certain people by those in the upper rungs of the societal ladder should be avoided at all costs. With the correct attitude of those in powerful positions, the organization's dwindling reputation might be revived.
