...IBA IS THAT THERE IS NO CASTISM PROBLEM. PARTIATILITY BASED ON CAST IS NOT HERE. IT IS RAPID GROWING ORGANISATION SO EMPLOYEE GET SALARY ON TIME. AND ONE MORE PLUS POINT IS THAT THERE IS NOT MUCH GAP BETWEEN HIGHER LEVEL EMPLOYEES & LOW LEVEL EMPLOYEES. RULES ARE EQUAL FOR EVERYONE.

Dislikes

THEY EXPECT QUALITY FROM EMPLOYEES THOUGH THEY HIRE THEM ON LOW SALARY AND WITH BOND. THEY PROVIDE NOTHING APART PROM SALARY. NO BONUS. NOT ANYTHING EVEN SMALL GIFT OR SWEET BOX EVEN IN DIWALI. NO ANY PROGRAMMES, FUNCTIONS OR ANY ACTIVITIES.

Its a big export house ,everything is inhouse. And timing is ok..also canteen , convince is good.

Dislikes

There is so many rules and regulations, feels like school, also they make a 3 years bond but this apply on just for employee. Company can any time kick out you. No job security. If u want to go then u serve 3 month notice period but they can make that decision in one day only, and u have to go.

There is a lot of politics and zero no. Of holidays given. The management doesn't address our issues. No rules n regulations any time u will be terminated even after completing your probation period without giving any notice period. Very poor management.
