I think that is not a good company. The management of there is also not good. And there also no significant increase in salary. more in politics in company . Or naya sikhoge feer bi apke senior apko age nhi badhne dete(positions). chahe aap unk level ka bi kaam kyu naa krke do. vo bi rojana. Apke kam ka credit apka senior le lega. or apke increment ke waqt apke benifit apke senior utha lete he. or kuch nhi he. baki sb sahi he 😅
