...ls working as a team but in here it will not gonna workout for longer periods. ==>Salary: Till now there is hike in my Salary b'coz it was my 3 rd month working here. ==>Travel: No outings strictly in the office only. ==>Politics: Where ever we are politics in the working areas are common.I won't care about the politics in the office why B,coz nobody interferes with me. ==>Learning : Completely depends on me. ==>Work Environment: Friendly. ==>Innovation: Not a word on this.No chance. ==>work life balance: Purely relief/Friendly

My dislikes likes towards Sahara World Management Services is they won't provide basic amenities to the employees.

@Rachel Sharma, The statement which your giving on our company is completely fake and wrong,Your not even the employ ,you have not even work with the company ,Inspite of giving the fake comment on our Company, we always go on recruiting batches and many people are working in our company,Our company only offers the employment to our quality employees which they will be doing 100% sales ,even those who do hardwork with 30% sales than also we pay the salaries,Where in we mention clearly with bold letters on offer letter and appointment letter as well. If you were our employee,I suggest you to go through offer/appointment letter one more time.We dont entertain any losers (or)non-performers for longer period and our employment is "At will"that we may terminate the employee, if there are non-performer "Losers" and mis-behave with the management.

Nothing we learn from this office ,we can't improve skills,the management people are good ,friendly.

Dislikes

Just I selected and attend training for sales manager,after my observation this office not suitable my qualifications and work ,main thing is this swms office in Mehdipatnam branch very small office ,only one wash room for girls and boys,they not provide esi,pf,health insurance,Tavel Allowance,food coupons,the basics things not there in office no cc cameras,for attendence theres no biometric ,this company not maintaining basic policies ,I have never experienced like this company.
