...ra Q Shop was good company I was satisfactory with the working of Sahara Q Shop. Our team was like a family and they release salary at the time.

Dislike was only one thing they stop there operation in the jammu and kashmir without any information.

Feel ashamed as got cheated no due compensation nor even the provident fund money is paid.till date....! Just gave the excuses that the court case is going on hence they are financially crippled....but not for their own spending... overall bogus no positive environment for working....pls.stay away or.look for other opportunities..God bless you...!!

No appraisal was their for the period of.Nov- 2011 to Jan 2017.....worked on the same salary.....on the pretext of every five years they pay the increment if any.....here also discriminated.

Independently completion of task or production with all quality norms. food vendor audits skill developments in different process in different states in india. Vendor Audits, Wharehouse Audits and Store Audits and development of Quality culture.

Area of working not fixed so not suitable for family life. No Anual increments of salary and Bonus of any employee.

It was a very good company, mission was clear to provide pure and healthy food products. This was our bad luck that our mentor Sahara Shri stuck with Sebi dispute. Let's hope for the best to the organization to come back.

Every time company management committed false commitment with employees, they play with employees future,they deducted PF,IT but not deposited in employees account.
