It is not good company .it is not paying salary in time .I have not received my 12months salary from sept 21to July 2022 and pf deducted amount not deposit in pf department from last 12 months.

Dislikes

Salary payment not being on time .6 to 12 months salary pending of staff and management don't care if you complain to labour court or other court.

The company is open to innovation & adopts new technology in ground, I am proud of work in worlds biggest / landscape well planned hill city.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high, Compensation is decent. growth is Av.

Rm ke pressure ke Karan chhodna pada nhi to Mai nhi chhodta rm sir kh rhe thi ki crc mai Mera naam aa Gaya tha Mera naam htva diye nhi to Mai job nhi chhodta humko 8mahine se salary nhi mili lekin phir bhi Mai job abhi nhi chhodta company bahut achhi hai agar salary Milne Lage to isse achhi koi company nhi hai.mai Aaj bhi job karna chahta hoon pr rm bahut pareshan krta hai.

There is not much to like about this company except that timing of work is good which will make work life balance

No improvement on skill Lots of issue related to Salary which means salary is not payable at times after 6 mth of job

It is a good place for healthy environment, many things to learn. Only one draw back is salary not increased for living a good lifestyle.

Only one draw back here you do not get remuneration according your ability.
