One of the worst CA firm ever. Following are the my experience which will help you guys more about the firm: -They runs a puppet show with the help of their old staff. -No job security at all. -Every one saving themselves by putting blame on others. -Poor direction from the management. They don't even interact with their own staff. Just happy to get narrated negative feedback from their so called manager/partner who even don't have guts to speak truth. -No vision/mission. -Carrear Spoiler. -Money minting on the performance of good staff. But they don't help in their worst time. -No benefits and facilities. Even if you wanna to have tea/coffee (small thing) then buy it from outside.

Nothing. Seriously this firm is worst place to work. Don't even think about job security, policies, work life balance, office culture. Its better to stay unemployed rather than work in this firm

Experience: 1. Teammates: Worst teammates to work with. 2. Job Security: There in no job security. If they think you are not performing well, they will simply call you to come office & will tell you that its your last day & you don't need to come from tomorrow 3. Career growth: Yes. there is lot of career growth, if you are yes sir guy 4. Salary appraisal: Read point no. 3. that's also applied for salary appraisal 5. Travel: Yes definitely they want you to daily travel to Delhi NCR area, but does not care where you live. For them its your problem to anyhow travel to client place. Also their conveyance policy is superb, they have superb policy for reimbursement called chindichori policy where they reimburse your conveyance expense as they are doing favour to you. 6. Politics: If you want to learn politics then join here 7. Learning: Nothing to learn in here 8. No health benefits and facilities. Just even bring your damn tea with you because they are not going to provide you 9. Blame game is favourite there 10. Does not care about your efforts 11. Expect you to sit late every day 12. Worst Manager/Partner-does not care about their juniors In last don't expect anything from them. Its better to stay unemployed then work in here
