Worst school. 3rd class school. Never join. The schools irrational leave policy, coupled with a meager allocation of holidays and short leaves, is a major source of discontent among the staff. The rigid approach to time off fails to accommodate the diverse needs of staff members , resulting in a work environment that feels stifling and unsupportive. The limited holiday allowance leaves little room for personal or family commitments, contributing to burnout and strained work-life balance. This inflexibility has created a sense of frustration and dissatisfaction among the staff, ultimately driving many talented individuals to resign in search of workplaces that prioritize employee well-being and provide a more reasonable and accommodating leave policy.The management fails to understand and admit that a peaceful family life of teachers at home leads to great results of students at school. The only reason for me to resign and many more in row!!
