There is nothing to like about it

Dislikes

Everything sucks there. Once you are in your downfall starts. I mean it, Staying jobless is better than joining this kind of organisation which only focuses on revenue and no employee's mental health and that us hilarious that they don't even perform from revenue perspective. Reason is not even a single employee is pasionate about their work. They just try to save their jobs till they can.

I did not like anything in sago.

1. False promotion 2.they like ji sir people skills does not matter 3.less skilled leadership 4.if you do not do ji sir they will fire you 5. As leadership is skilled they are hiring same type leadership. 6. Leadership is less listening 7. You will stop contributing for the company you will get promoted and never forgot for ji sir. 5. Some examples of false promotion Gitika parashar is director of product but she did not have any knowledge of product. She did not believe in process because it will create transparency in the company and she will exposed. Rajesh Mehta director of qa he is hired as a automation engineer. You will find zero automation each and every product. But he is promoted as a director because he is very well know to say ji sir and how to false communicate to leadership and leadership did not have ground knowledge. He is very good friendship of bhavna and he is good drinker. 7.leaderhip like who is good drinker rather than contributor lucky munjal is good example of this director of technology 8.if you ask leadership what is the criteria of promotion. They will say it is management decision and because they you need to drink with manager and build network rather then contribution. 9.if you raise it more higher then you will get terminated some negligible reason. 10. Due to this their quant product univoxcommunity already killed they are ignoring all the things. Now time is their core product sample cube after that they have no more in house good quant product. And it is also not matter to them leadership are strict on her decision it does not matter company will go up or down. They want to show I am the leader you follow me.
