It's really a very good company. It has good work life balance, good work challenges and opportunities for our carrier and it also has good staff for support. Overall, I can say that very few people have the destiny and luck to work for this company and I feel really very happy that I am one among those fortunate people.

The management of company is excellent, I never faced any issues regarding management. My job is secured, in a COVID setuation company supported a lot. I heard, lots of companies fired the employees but In my company that ever happened.

The cafeteria, we do not have much place to have lunch.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
