-Salary structure is not upto industry standard. -Lot of politics on appraisal & promotions. Only closeness with management will give you promotions. -Not following company policy by managers. We can only resign with their approval. They are giving the date for the resignation. Even they are threatening that you release will be not smooth if you are not obeying them. -there are no way to get out from the hell.

This is my first job I learnt how to be in professional life and also behaviour and character is most important in every job.

Our own thoughts makes dilikes which we are not in mood to take a task to do so.because of salary issues

Working environment and job security, the management is too good and provide the cab facility well. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of partiality and the career growth is slow. The annual package is very less.

... Saturday Sundays are just weekends for namesake. There is no work life balance. 3) and obviously, the pay structure is below average. So if you are employed here, you work tirelessly for day and night, with senior trashing you left and right, and for that, you get something which doesn't even qualify to be called pennies.
