Salary will get credited on correct date

Dislikes

Poor management, Need to work without leave. Even on government holiday also work is compulsory here. If you need government holiday leave then you have to inform before 1month as planned leave. If it a planned leave also they call you at your leave day and ask about work.. They force you to work on weekends too ,they promise you ot amount but you will get nothing or less amount.. they force you to do more counts and tell you to extend your shift. you feel like working 24/7 on 365 days..

-Salary structure is not upto industry standard. -Lot of politics on appraisal & promotions. Only closeness with management will give you promotions. -Not following company policy by managers. We can only resign with their approval. They are giving the date for the resignation. Even they are threatening that you release will be not smooth if you are not obeying them. -there are no way to get out from the hell.

If u r doing ur Target then it's good u can earn incentives as well. They give pick up & drop facility, Permanent work from home also.

... Saturday Sundays are just weekends for namesake. There is no work life balance. 3) and obviously, the pay structure is below average. So if you are employed here, you work tirelessly for day and night, with senior trashing you left and right, and for that, you get something which doesn't even qualify to be called pennies. Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
