Sage group is a good staffing company. Employees are very supportive. Our VP know how to deal with their employees. She take care of everyone. Company work culture is also good.

In the sage group you will get chance to learn something new in starting. After that you hve ro learn from self throughout google or any other sources.

There is nothing to like about this company. Its a lala ji company.

No work culture. Client is god if he wants you to be his slave company will force you to work accordingly. There is no Saturday or Sunday in company and working hours are non existing. They can ask you at mid night to work

Job security is a top most priority in Sage, even during the pandemic, other companies laid off their work force, however in Sage we not only retained despite low work period, but also we ensured that all the colleagues received their desktops/laptops/hardware at their home door step (ensuring employee safety). Employees work for a company that is politics free and it can be vouched that in Sage, work is more important than petty politics. Policies are clearly define and simplified for all employees. Work culture is amazing. Work life balance and flexibility is a key feature in Sage.

Dislikes

Every Organization has its Pro's and Con's and Sage is no different. The one and only opportunity area is delayed decision making, although its a colleague inclusive environment, however sometimes decisions get delayed due to the same.

Everything, They only promote people who are bootlicker. They don't have value of their employees. No professionalism and Manager don't know how to talk. They have zero knowledge and high attitude. There is a manager staying in US and She is so egoistic. She fired people without any reason. Please don't join Sage. There are no growth and zero skill development.

I have worked in Sage Technologies more than 3 years. It is a good company and it have good project and more job security. Specially the Director of this company is much more intelligent smart business management quality and he has a good team

Management should work on some points like 1. Need to Improvement in some employees to who consider this as their home Company. 2. Hire a good BDM for Companies better growth and employees better future.
