work culture, life balance, and company policies are great. One who does not want to dwell himself/herself with work and wants to try life outside the work too should be a part of such company.

... levels. Micromanagement in regard to working style, working hours, breaks, etc. Salary is very low and even the appraisal rate is lower than what other companies are offering. Job security is less as recently in last few years the employees has faced restructuring. Last year in 2021, more than 100 people were asked to leave due to outsourcing of work. No promotion from last 4 years. The appraisal rate is 8% for a good performance. 12% for excellent performance.

The flexibility in working hours, their leaves policy, and their work environment.

Dislikes

The compensation, the annual increment infrastructure, the work alignment, cutting down on cost since pandemic and employee benefits, makes one being in pit of unjustified work conditions. The management tries to show they care, but instead they find the solution to avoid the issue. The work isn't justified as per compensation. Better for freshers to come in get experience and move within 2 years. Few senior managers do not even know their work and earning lakhs being older in the company. Better give the people who do the real work and production not the ones who give useless life examples and doesn't know about the process.

I liked the work that I did there and my co-workers

Dislikes

The culture, my boss and his narcissism, the whole hierarchy and the fact that they used to make us beg for a 500rs appraisal. To work like Donkeys for lakhs of profit for the company and yet only get 15000 rupees in hand.
