As an senior maintenance engineer my experience with sage metals was quite disappointed as there is no job security, management person themselves not aware of company's policy

No work culture as an team, lots of politics amongst each other. Plant head is a non technical guy, his job is only to support older people who are working since 10-12 years. No transport, no canteen facilities, one cannot enhance their skills and can't grow either way by knowledge or by salary, no shift timing. One can only know the time when you are going to office but when you will return you can't even imagine or think

Sage growing group in India. Job satisfaction is 100 percent. Good work environment. Company follow all policy for the growth of their employees

There is lot of politics and notice period is too long i.e 3 month. Carrier growth is much slow

With this organisation, thought of career growth & job security should be avoided. Management is not caring about their employees can can show red signal at any time. I lost my 14 yrs old job in this epidemic without any notification. I would never suggest anybody to go there. The current envoirement is very terrible.

All above terminology is meaningless with this organisation. The current management doesn't behave like a professional.
