Company pays on time and never missed to pay our incentives on time which is great we never have to go back to HR ever checking on reasons for not receiving the incentives that we earn. Great HR team , technical team , finance team overall each and every person is very approachable and very helpful and I would say this is one of the best company I have ever worked in my entire career.

Company Higher Management is the only thing good here. But I think that is also going away day by day. Company is ok ok place to work if you are starting your career as a fresher. If you want to ait idle and get no work than best company for you. Sentrifugo is the only project that you get to work in if you are a fresher. By the way this time they are working on version 3. Version 2 and version 1 never came into picture. Again someone new will come and will change it to version 4. Really no work in the company.

...ing employees. The same thing might happen to the Interns in the coming months. Pay is very less. Hr's here are having bossy attitude. Most of the recruitment is done based on internal refferals.(If you know anyone in the company who is in higher position. High chance you will be selected). Refferal is given more demand than talent.

The company is good to work for the lives of the comforts.I am working from home they have provide the facilities needed to work in home like(Chair,Table,etc).The Company also gives Covid- 19 Insurance which is useful in case.

Dislikes

Compensation is OK,but growth is slow.Managers do not value and individuals unique strengths,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.I do receive appreciation emails from my client,but they mostly go unnoticed during the appraisals.This company works for those people who are developed in software Politics.No Proper reorganization of talent.

After being in the industry for 27 years they have a poor head count. They literally do not know the meaning of growth.

It's been a month with Sagarsoft and till now my experience is amazing few best things about Sagarsoft are- Everyone from top management are employee friendly , they give equal opportunity to present our opinion and thoughts. Managers are just like friends they let you work at own pace , steady and easy going. Account Managers , Client Managers , Senior Managers even higher management people talk very respectfully and not as subordinates. The trust they show on us automatically makes you perform and give 100% No Micromanagement. As if now they have world class employee friendly management , including HR and other departments . You get quick resolution and HR people are always approachable anytime to answer the employee queries. Excellent work culture.
