Experience at this company was incredibly distressing and has taught me a invaluable lesson about workplace environment to avoid in future. Lack of basic facilities, such as canteen and Transportation. Safety in the plant is virtually non existent. Top level management behaviour is the worst even they even often treat employees like servants and resort to abusive language. The stability of HR managers or executive or officer is only 5-6 months only. Additionally the company employs a third party consultant, stratefix, who meddles in internal HR matter without any real expertise. They often create a hostile work environment that pushes you towards resignation. People even resign here without having another job lined up, which speaks volumes about the toxic atmosphere. This company offers vital lessons on what to avoid in a workplace.
