1.Lot of pressure of admission on faculty, every month they use to organise a huge meeting addressed by chairman himself where people specially faculty members were humiliated on the name student admission and attendance of students. 2. They also have other sister concern like Construction and Hospital, faculties are given target to sell flats and admitting patients. 3. Increment is only based on personal relationship to management people. 4. Semester breaks are given on Holi and diwali vacations, where already holidays are there.
