Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

No any job security because company was every year closed in the reasons of molasses not produced by sugar factorys. Work culture it was very impressed and the place of company it was a fully naturally. Management it was good .

I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, hight quality products and has a global cilent base.

Dislikes

There is no on- job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.
