... They force us to come in at 9:00 a.m. and won’t let us leave before 9:00 p.m. Their timing rules are extremely strict—if you are even one minute late, they deduct half a day’s salary. They do not allow work from home, even in emergencies. Additionally, they confiscate our phones when we arrive at the office and only return them when we leave. If you try to take or make a call during work hours, they immediately reprimand you and tell you to talk after 9:00 p.m. The office culture is terrible. Some employees have been here for 8–10 years and try to enforce the same strict rules on others, pressuring them to comply.

Product manager is good but company manager is drunked person nd makes there on rules like.... #. Strict lunch time of 30 mins. #. Monthly 100 mins if you come late after 9:30 using those 100 mins then every single day they will count as half day. Which is horrible for those coming from long distance. #. The product manager force you to work after 7 o'clock. #. They will force you to wear company T-shirt. #. You can't go outside except lunch time. #. Almost all the team leads are less skilled. #. You have to come on Saturdays for composition of Diwali holidays. #. Director comes in cabin every single hour & ask for every individual report & makes the whole everything toxic. #. They use Old Technologys nothing is new here to learn. #. The senior developer(working since 10-15 years) talks either about food nd trading.

Pro- This is the best company I have ever work in compare to job security, work, skills. Office is setup in the middle of the city behind WTP. Managers are also supportable and one important thing that is deciplain.

Dislikes

Salary hike is low as compared to others and some time due to too much rules and regulations frustration is be there.

1. Work environment 2. Strict timing 3. Lower package 4. You can't go outside of office expect only lunch time 5. This is a school with a very strict principal 6. Peoples are working here from last 10-15 years because now they don't have such skills to switch for a better opportunity, they are jammed 7. HR Rules - if you want to go outside for 5 mints then you need to ask with junior hr If more than 5 mints ask to senior HR 8. You will loose your skills slowly slowly if you are here 9. If there is a public holiday in weekdays you need to come on Saturday Like seriously 10. You can take 1 leave in a month if you are not taking this leave than 0.5 leave carry forward to next month 11. If you are late for 5 mint to come office than it will be counted for late And if you are late 4 times in a month than congratulations my friend you are eligible for 1 leave 12. Eid holiday only for Muslims why? We also celebrate Eid and go to our friends home to eat siveeyaan

You can expect your salary to be credit on time. There is no standard procedure for appraisals hence you can get a handsome amount if you are lucky and manager really wants you to stay.

Dislikes

There is a fixed login time of 9:30 AM and if you delay by 5-10 minutes 3 times a month then it would be counted as a half day. Whereas logout is not specified and you might have to stay up until midnight(sometimes beyond that). I have stayed in the office till 1 AM for more than 3 months. And worse part is it won't give you any relaxation w.r.t login time. And the worst part is you have to sign 1 year bond to work there and you get appraisals only when you renew the bond.
