... They force us to come in at 9:00 a.m. and won’t let us leave before 9:00 p.m. Their timing rules are extremely strict—if you are even one minute late, they deduct half a day’s salary. They do not allow work from home, even in emergencies. Additionally, they confiscate our phones when we arrive at the office and only return them when we leave. If you try to take or make a call during work hours, they immediately reprimand you and tell you to talk after 9:00 p.m. The office culture is terrible. Some employees have been here for 8–10 years and try to enforce the same strict rules on others, pressuring them to comply.

...ime of joining as the staff cooperated with me in understanding the job work. 2. The salary always came on time. Every month on last day we received salary without any delay and this helped me a lot as i was staying outside hometown. 3. The company is very well known and registered and other companies trusted my experience for career development. Overall i am ok with the working in SAG Infotech

Salary on Time apart from that nothing is good.

Product manager is good but company manager is drunked person nd makes there on rules like.... #. Strict lunch time of 30 mins. #. Monthly 100 mins if you come late after 9:30 using those 100 mins then every single day they will count as half day. Which is horrible for those coming from long distance. #. The product manager force you to work after 7 o'clock. #. They will force you to wear company T-shirt. #. You can't go outside except lunch time. #. Almost all the team leads are less skilled. #. You have to come on Saturdays for composition of Diwali holidays. #. Director comes in cabin every single hour & ask for every individual report & makes the whole everything toxic. #. They use Old Technologys nothing is new here to learn. #. The senior developer(working since 10-15 years) talks either about food nd trading.

Pro- This is the best company I have ever work in compare to job security, work, skills. Office is setup in the middle of the city behind WTP. Managers are also supportable and one important thing that is deciplain.
