Management staffs need to educated employee to run the show, keeping uneducated and only language managing staff doesn't show good culture about the company. Company need to provide the freedom to staff just it fells like prison staying over there.

Every thing done on the same time and cooperation to each other especially in account field environment just like natural not bad feeling at the working hour. When talking about timing it so effective it is the honorable for all.

I completed my contract period with Safricode SARL and returned back to India in 2017. Safricode SARL is a great company to work with a global client base. Design Team is experienced and always trying to be innovative. Employees are given opportunity to explore their working skills in the project. Management is taking special care of their employees. Accomodation, mess, transport and medical facility is being provided for all their company employees. Safricode had provided fully furnished accomodation for only the Managerial employees. Work culture is quite well-versed, strict, excellently managed. Company policies are strict, but self-satisfied every employees to survive in the company. Director's had always kept us satisfied and disciplined with official and personal related subjects. I, successfully completed and delivered the project with safety, within specified time, quality approved within budgeted cost. Professional, co-operative & innovative management with profined, administered work procedures, contracts, execution and work delivery methods. Good set-up of communication modes. I, was lucky to be a part of Safricode SARL. My appointment was for the post of PROJECT MANAGER CIVIL and completed my contract period successfully. Enjoyed my professional contract with a broad technical view of gaining rich engineering practices adopted which has to be practiced by the Technical Organizations, I will cherish my experience in the forth-coming employment.

Management was strict but this helped us to develop our skills to explore ourselves in an innovative and constructive manner.

Likes

It is definately a good organization but there is no proper management to cater for the employees requirements, therefore working here is as good as no job security, innovation and work balance is good.

There is no HR to manage the team mates, for that purpose even the company organization is not balanced
