There is very little to like about this company. The only thing i like here is the colleagues and like minded people. The onsite team and management is good but not the best in the industry.

Dislikes

There is a big list of things that i dislike: - vague policies - fake hybrid - restrictive office culture - feels like i am in school - policies are given more priority over the work - salary hikes are way less than the industry standards - fake promises - managers and SDMs act if they are school principle - worst environment for freshers and people who come from outside mumbai/Hyderabad - wfh should be done within 50-75kms of radius -no space to sit during most part of the week - no space for parking four wheelers for normal employees where as top management guys can park their cars (2 cars in the spot of 4 cars) - worst leave policy ever in a company - many a times the managers breach privacy of the employees - no canteen or proper place to eat - unrealistic expectations from the employees

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management too. Company policies are good. I personally believe that if the Management could understand the problems of employees then the company would be in the another level.

Dislikes

There are a lot of things. But what I dislike the most is employees problems regarding the work and health.

Likes

Absolutely well organised company. Team members combine together and make sure the thrust reverser is delivered on time. Making sure it meets the customer requirements and documents as in flight mode. Plenty of travelling to different sites in the organisation of the company. Helping and training various departments.just

Dislikes

More work space would be advantageous..
