Good for time when U have no job, join here and wait for next opportunity to come.

Dislikes

No Organizations, no structure, no command line, no communication flow, no uniformity. No value or relevance of words or even approval mail. Bad business modules, bad leadership, no scope of learning, grooming. Too much of politics and gossiping, no real conversation, discussion.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133.
