Its dealing with unprofessional people and owner who always interfering too much and dont know about the airline business concept. Wrong people given for the wrong position, lack of peiple management and understanding of staff requirement, very unstable and unreliable company. They look to change people every 2 yrs which doesnt solve the problem!
