Company can change your KRA’s and reporting anytime however and to whoever they want. Clarity on roles are not clear to the management yet. At the time of interview JD will be different and later they will come to you saying your JD is something else now we are expecting results out if it. Less man power hence the load in on a single individual. No Motivation No guidance given at any point of time.

I dnt like rushing here are there saffronstay can't give you proper place to work it's very bad permanently you keep rushing day by day ...

Nothing to be liked about this organization. There is no job security here so be very careful if you are thinking to join here. They have a culture of use and throw they will throw you out without any reason suddenly without any warning for no reason or some silly reason. So don't waste your time here you would not grow here you should find a company with good work cultures so that you grow. They think they can keep firing people for no reason and nothing will happen one day thei action will catch up to them and they will face the consequences for the same.

Dislikes

There is no learning from the 1st day itself people will put you to work without teaching you anything, no growth no learning no salary hikes incentives are cut without any reason and the most important thing now is job security. That is the biggest concern these people can fire you for no reason at all just 10 mins before your log out time you will get a call from hr asking you to leave and not come back giving illogical reasons. They have a use and throw culture you don't know when you will be fired from there. I request you people to please see where youcguys are joining and then go don't join companies like this where you have no idea tomorrow you have to come or not. If you are thinking to join think again. They use employees like tools use and throw employees are supposed to be assets not tools. That's why companies like this don't prosper.

Nothing they have the most Toxic Social media manager and they don't value the employees, and the HRs are pure liars

lack of trust on employees , department head is insecure , no set standards of operating , company is 5 years old but still operates like a start up , lack of funding hence the growth is minimal, no increment and incentives .
