Just forget about promotion and salary hike if you get selected HR policy are very bad that you don't have any paid leave they pay incentive which they acquire from salary after 3 month if they want.

...like their culture at all because I have done MBA or what I do is just scanning. It would be better if the company hires a non-MBA person or will do better scanning even at a lower salary than me. But who has come here after doing MBA and who will do the scanning on him, who will not be able to do it for long time.

... all because I had come with an MBA and I had to do scanning like everyone else. This company would hire a non-MBA person even if I had to do the scanning at a lower salary. Salary cost should be saved when scanning has to be done to hire non-MBA people.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

It's good work in the Safexpress, bit it's and distribution based company. I am working in SCS which is un focussed exactly which required a lot of focuse can help co. Grow more n more.

Really it's a Training, Mediclaim 6 person to be, Salary structure for everybody...not available in Safexpress in proper way.

I just want to say it just like a training center if you started your career in logistics field and you are selected in logistics safexpress so it's a best way and good opportunity to growing your skills and experience.
